It's a Cajun tradition when cooking Southern-style foods and made with 100% vegetable oil, making this roux perfect for "Real Cajun" gumbos and stews. Louisiana roux in a jar, ideal for seafood gumbo, meat gumbo, and sausage gumbo - add water, and you're ready to go! Available in 16oz and 32oz sizes.
First, use a fork or spoon to scoop out the amount of roux you would like to use for your recipe. Then, use your fork or spoon to mash up the chunks of roux to help when adding to your boiling water or broth.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All orders placed with Standard Shipping before 2:30pm CST are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders placed with Expedited Shipping before 2:30pm CST are processed that day. Any order placed after 2:30pm CST will be treated as an order placed the following business day.
